Children's Ministry
Children's Ministry at Zion Church has a real fabric to it. We teach scripture and biblical truth. The children will learn through, teaching, stories, music, activities, and food. Our children have fun with other members of the class. They learn how to love and help others. It is the fabric of love and concern for others that is taught and caught by the children at Zion. Throughout the ministry and connection at Zion loving God and others is expressed as we disciple our Children in the love of Christ and others.
We have Kids Worship Hour with bible instruction during our Sunday School hour/Dawning Grace Gathering, 9:00 to 10 a.m., downstairs in the large classroom at the end of the hallway. The same lesson will be taught during Kids’ Worship Hour during our traditional worship, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Children may attend one or both sessions each week. Children will be excused from the Dawning Grace service and the Traditional Worship service, after the first song, to report to the downstairs classroom. Parents should pick up their children from the classroom at the end of the service.
We also have a Children's Choir for ages 3-5 grade. The Children's Choir practices every Wednesday at 5:15 PM and the choir sings on the 1st Sunday of every month.
